Tdriven roller conveyors
These carriers have a support structure made from tubular steel profiles assembled by welding and painted. Rollers are mounted on steel rollers with double toothed roller chain 5/8 ". The reels are motorized by the action of a coaxial gearmotor power 1,5 KW. The output shaft from the gearbox, also equipped with double sprocket, transmits motion to the rollers by means of chain pinions meshing on the rollers. Each roll is then connected to the next by a similar chain ring.

The roller rests on supports at the base of which are placed the backing plates and leveling floors. The gearmotor is mounted on a sled integral with the central support that allows the chain tension.

Curves 90° motorized
Curves 90° motorized have a structure made of metal tubes and profiles welded and painted. Curved structure supports a series of tapered roller bearings which in turn support a rubberized canvas ring.

The rollers at each end of the curve are levering on shaft supports are mounted on special UCT turnbuckles.

The towing side roll the shaft on which is mounted a worm screw with torque arm with a power of 1,5 KW. Rubberised ring (tape) is driven on the outside of the curve itself within embrasures made on the structure by special thrust wheels (not visible in that flow behind fixed guards).
