This coil rack, that is used to transport the coils from a span all other ’ was changed at the request of the Italian company ’ TAPES of Conegliano (TV). L and changes related to safety during handling , the workers were traslòare by a span all ’ other end coils but very high and could overreach and fall.
And here's how we decided to change the shopping cart for the safety:
- safety hydraulic arms that tighten and prevent tipping of the coils,
- a new electrical system for managing automatic stops,
- and for extra security of all workers we applied two Rotoscan one front and one rear to replace some old rope safety switches.
